A multilingual queue management system, in your words
Customers read your queue pages in your wording, and your team reads their screens in it. Correct any sentence, or add a language turnda doesn't have yet: a waitlist app in Tamil, Hindi, Tagalog or Vietnamese, for example.

What you can change
Custom wording for queue screens
Correct any sentence in turnda, in any language turnda already has: the join page, the tracking page and the TV, and also your own screens, the error messages and the emails turnda sends you.
A queue system in any language
Add a language turnda doesn't have, such as Tamil, Hindi, Tagalog or Vietnamese. You don't wait for us to build it.
Translate customer queue messages
The messages customers get are in the file too, on their own tab, so your translator sees them all in one place.
How it works, in five steps
Download the phrase file
One spreadsheet holds every sentence, filed on tabs by area, with a guide and a summary of what is left to do.
Have it translated
Send it to a translator you trust, or translate it yourself.
Upload it
Upload the finished file for the language you are adding or correcting.
It is checked
turnda checks the uploaded file before it can be used.
Preview and publish
See your pages in the new wording first, then publish when you are happy.
Your words win, and customers can tell
On your own pages and screens, your words win over turnda's. Pages and screens in a language you added show “Translated by the shop”, so people know who wrote it. Other shops are not affected.
Questions
Can I add a language turnda doesn't have?
Yes. Download the phrase file, get it translated, and upload it. Tamil, Hindi, Tagalog and Vietnamese are examples of languages a shop might add.
Can I change the wording in a language turnda already has?
Yes. You can correct any sentence in turnda, and your words win on your own pages and screens. The legal pages, the Help Centre and the turnda website stay as turnda wrote them.
What will my customers see?
Pages and screens in a language you added show “Translated by the shop”.
Who does the translating?
You choose: a translator you trust, a colleague, or you. turnda gives you the file; it doesn't choose the translator.
Does it cost extra?
Every feature is in every package, so there is no add-on to buy.
