How queues are talked about here
In India a queue number is often called a token, as in an OPD token at a clinic or a token at a bank branch. In turnda that token is the customer's ticket number: it sits on their phone, shows how many are ahead, and appears on the lobby TV when it is their turn.
How turnda fits
English, with five more languages ready
Pages open in English or in the customer's language among the six turnda ships: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, French and Arabic. Hindi and other Indian languages are not built in, but a shop can add one itself by downloading the phrase file, getting it translated and uploading it.
WhatsApp-friendly, no SMS
WhatsApp is how many customers already talk to shops. A customer who messages you first gets updates in that chat for free. There is no SMS: customers without WhatsApp watch the tracking page or get an email.
One price, in US dollars
Free for 100 visits a month with no card, then $49, $89 or $219 a month. The same price in every country, paid by card, with tax added where it applies.

One honest note
turnda can't print paper tokens. Customers use their phone, or a tablet kiosk and the lobby TV at your door.
