What counts as a visit
turnda's packages are counted in visits. Here is exactly what is counted, and what is not.
Free for 100 visits a month · no card needed
A visit counts once, when you call someone — whatever the stops. A visit is one person's or one party's whole trip through your line. It is counted once, when you first call them. People who join and are never called are never counted.
Counted once, however long the trip
Only pressing Call counts a visit — joining does not. Recalling someone, moving them to another stop or transferring them to another location never adds a second visit. Press Call by mistake and undo it within 60 seconds, and it is not counted.
Everything, at every location
Unlimited lines, counters, staff, displays and locations. Visits are shared by the whole business.
Tracking link and email included
The tracking link, the lobby TV and email updates are always included. WhatsApp and text updates are optional prepaid packs you turn on. Email has a monthly allowance by package.
One honest note
At the end of each month, unused visits expire. If a Call goes past your package, that one Call adds an extra-visits pack (if you allow it), and a Call you undo within 60 seconds takes the pack back. WhatsApp and email updates stay within the fair use set out in our Terms.
