A WhatsApp message costs turnda a very different amount depending on where your customer is — the gap between the cheapest and most expensive markets is more than tenfold. Most tools handle that by charging you per message, or by quietly giving you a smaller allowance outside their home market. turnda does neither: we meter the real cost of your messages against a US$5 per-location monthly ceiling and pause WhatsApp when it is reached. The free tracking link and email carry on, so your customers still get called back — and you never receive a bill you did not expect.

- Every location is $44 a month at the same rate. Add locations whenever you like; there is no volume tier to negotiate.
- Monthly plans
- Cancel anytime from your billing page. The current month is not refunded — you keep access until it ends.
- Annual plans
- Two months cheaper than paying monthly. Annual terms are not refunded part-way through.
- WhatsApp allowance
- Up to 1,000 messages per location per calendar month, within a US$5 per-location monthly ceiling — whichever is reached first. When it is reached, WhatsApp pauses and the free tracking link plus email carry on. There is no overage charge, in any country.
- During the trial
- WhatsApp is capped at 200 messages across the whole account for the whole trial — enough to see the channel working.
- If you stop paying
- Your data is kept for 90 days so you can come back without losing your setup.
Common questions
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 30-day free trial with a card upfront, and after that one price. A free tier would mean either charging per message or shipping a worse product — we would rather charge honestly once.
What happens when the trial ends?
It converts automatically to the plan you picked. If you cancel before the end you are not charged anything.
Do I pay per location?
Yes — $44 per location per month, or $440 per location per year. Every location is the same price; there is no discount tier and no enterprise negotiation.
What does WhatsApp cost me?
Nothing extra. Each location includes up to 1,000 WhatsApp messages per calendar month, within a US$5 per-location monthly ceiling. Because WhatsApp rates vary hugely by country, the dollar ceiling is what guarantees the cost is capped everywhere. When a location reaches its limit, WhatsApp pauses for the rest of the month and the free tracking link and email carry on — you are never sent an overage bill.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing page, without talking to anyone. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month, which is not refunded. Annual terms run to their end date.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Visitors use their own phones, and the lobby screen is any TV, tablet or monitor you already have with a web browser.
Which countries does it work in?
Everywhere. It is one flat price worldwide — $44 per location — with the same included allowance regardless of where you are.
Do you send SMS?
No. turnda uses a free live tracking link, WhatsApp and email. SMS is deliberately not part of the product, which is a large part of why calling people back costs nothing per customer.
