Does the visitor need to install anything?
No. It is a normal web page that opens in whatever browser their phone already has.
What if they close the page?
The link still works — they can reopen it. It is also included in the WhatsApp or email update if those are switched on.
Is there really no per-message cost?
For the tracking link, no — it is a page, not a message. WhatsApp carries no per-message cost either, because turnda only replies inside the free 24-hour window the customer's own message opens; see pricing for exactly how that works.
Can I put a “join the queue” button on my own website?
Yes. Copy the button code from the share panel and paste it into your site or your email signature. There is also a print-ready QR poster for the counter and the front door.
Can people join before they arrive?
That is a switch you control. Left off, the join link works for a scan at your door but not as a form somebody fills in from home. Turned on, they can take a place before they set off.
