What it is

Team, roles & permissions

There are three roles and they mean what they say. An owner has full access everywhere and handles billing. A manager runs the locations you put them in charge of — they set up lines, serve, and manage the people there, and they cannot see the branch next door. Staff serve at the places you assign them and sign in at a station with a PIN. On top of that sit ten switches for what a manager is allowed to do, so you can hand over the day-to-day without handing over the brand, the billing or the numbers.

How it works

Step by step

1

Invite someone and pick their role

Owner, manager or staff. The role decides the shape of what they see.

2

Say where they work

A manager is scoped to the locations they run; staff to the places they serve. Someone can be on more than one.

3

Decide what a manager may do

Ten switches, all on to start with. Turn off the ones you would rather keep to yourself.

4

Staff sign in at the counter with a PIN

No email, no password — a PIN at a station, on a tablet the whole shift can share. An idle station signs itself out.

The honest edge

Scoping is enforced, not just hidden

A manager scoped to one branch does not get a filtered view of the group — they get their branch. The other location’s queue, team, numbers, branding and billing are not theirs to reach, and the reports they can pull carry the same boundary. Creating a line, and creating or deleting a whole location, stays with the owner no matter which switches are on.

Everything else on this page

Messaging & channels

Turn a location’s WhatsApp or email on and off.

Manage the team

Invite, assign and remove people, and reset their sign-in PINs.

Edit visitor-page branding

Change the welcome message, colours and design of the visitor pages.

Rename lines & locations

Rename their own. Creating a line stays with the owner.

Delete or archive lines

Delete a line once nobody is waiting on it, or archive one so it stops taking visitors but keeps its history.

Switch a line to journey mode

Turn a line into a multi-stage flow. The journey itself is still the owner’s to author.

TV boards & screens

Create and edit board layouts, and pair or manage screens.

Priority tiers

Add, rename, enable and remove tiers. These are account-wide, so this one is for owners and account-wide managers.

See the activity log

View who changed what at their locations.

See analytics & reports

Open the dashboard and pull the named reports.

Common questions

How does someone at the counter sign in?

With a PIN at a station — no email address and no password, which is what makes a shared tablet workable. A station that sits idle signs itself out after a number of minutes you set, so the last person’s shift does not stay open all evening.

What is in the activity log?

Every change: settings, lines, screens, bookings, team, priority, and every action on a guest. You can filter it by action, by person, by what it applies to, and by date. It is kept for a year — and guests appear by ticket number, never by name.

Can my team message each other?

Yes. There is a message board for everyone in the account, one per line, and direct messages between people. Messages are kept for seven days — it is a shift tool, not an archive.

Is there a per-user charge?

No. The price is per location and the team on it is unlimited — there is no seat count to manage and no reason to share a login.
