Reports & exports
Reports is the page you open when somebody wants the numbers in a file rather than on a screen. Choose one of nine reports, narrow it to a branch, a person and a date range, and read it in the browser or take it away as a spreadsheet or a PDF. The download is presented exactly the way the table on screen is — human column headers, no internal identifiers, minutes rather than seconds — so a file never disagrees with the page it was taken from.
Step by step
Choose the report
Nine of them, searchable by name, from waiting times to a forecast.
Narrow it
One branch, one person or everybody, and last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Read it on the page
The table renders in the browser first, with a row count, so you can check it before you send it.
Take the file
CSV for a spreadsheet, Excel for someone who wants it formatted, PDF for someone who wants to print it.
The forecast survives the export
The forecast report projects the joins to expect the next day from your own history. That projection is a different quantity from a day’s real arrivals, so in the downloaded file it sits in its own column, on a row carrying the real date it applies to — never mixed into the column an owner sums. It is a small thing and it is exactly the kind of small thing that makes a spreadsheet quietly wrong.

Analytics
How many you served, how long people waited, what they thought of it, and how many never turned up — each against the period before, for one branch or all of them.

See how busy every location is at a glance, and move a waiting visitor to a quieter branch. Built for the operator running more than one front desk.

What formats can I download?
CSV, Excel or PDF, on every one of the nine reports. The filename carries the report, the branch and the date range, so two branches’ exports never collide in your downloads folder.
How far ahead does the forecast go?
One day. It projects the joins to expect the next day from the pattern in your own history — it is a staffing aid for tomorrow, not a long-range plan, and we would rather say so than dress it up.
Can a manager pull reports?
Only if you let them, and only for the locations they run. “See analytics and reports” is one of the ten manager switches, and the branch filter can never reach a branch outside their scope.
Is this an extra?
No. All nine reports and all three formats are in the one price, at every location.
