Ratings & feedback
When a visit finishes, turnda can ask that person how it went — a one-to-five-star tap, and optionally a comment box if you want to know why. The scores roll straight into your satisfaction figure on the dashboard, per branch and per person, and you can set a threshold below which the team is told straight away. It is off until you switch it on, and it is a per-line switch: the counter where a rating is useful can ask, and the one where it is noise does not have to.
Step by step
Switch the ask on for a line
One toggle, on the line you want it on. Nothing else changes.
The visitor taps a score
One to five stars, on the phone they are already holding — no app, no account.
Add a comment box if you want the reason
On to learn the “why”, off for a quick tap. Your call, per line.
Get told about the bad ones
Pick the score that should raise an alert — two stars catches genuinely bad visits without drowning you in noise — and the team hears about it while the person is still in the car park.
The private ask and the public one are different jobs
Asking every happy customer for a Google review and catching the unhappy one before they write a bad one are not the same feature, and a product that runs them through the same funnel does one of them badly. turnda keeps them apart: this is the private score that feeds your own numbers and pages your team on a bad result. The public review ask is its own thing, and lives on its own page.

It becomes your satisfaction score
The star figure on the dashboard is the average of these ratings, and the page tells you how many it is averaging.
Per branch and per person
The analytics tables carry a rating column for each location and each member of the team, so a dip has a place to point.
You choose the alert level
Off, or any score you like. There is no threshold buried in our code that you cannot reach.
It costs one message
The ask goes out on the channel that visit is already using, so it counts as one more message — which is why it is a switch rather than a default.

Analytics
How many you served, how long people waited, what they thought of it, and how many never turned up — each against the period before, for one branch or all of them.

The moment you finish serving someone, their tracking link turns into a friendly “how did we do?” with a one-tap link to your Google review page — and an email ask follows for anyone who left an address.

Every visitor gets a live web page showing their place in line. It updates by itself, costs nothing per person, and works on any phone without an app.

Does the customer need an app or an account?
No. The ask arrives on the link they already have, and rating is a tap.
Is it on by default?
No. It is off until you turn it on, and you turn it on per line — because it sends one more message per finished visit, and that should be your decision rather than ours.
Who sees a low score?
Your team, through the alert you configured. The score is yours; it is not published anywhere and it does not appear on the lobby TV or on the visitor’s page.
How is this different from the Google review flow?
That one points a happy customer at your public listing. This one is private, feeds your own satisfaction number, and exists so a bad visit reaches you first.
